On arrival a glass of organic fizz and canapes ******* Home made black and white puddings with caramelized apple drizzled with home made blackberry vinegar * Twice baked Lancashire cheese souffle with a creamy tarragon sauce ******* Pan fried Scottish venison loin cooked pink with home made orange and juniper sausage on crushed buttered parsnips with a rich game gravy * Home reared Hebridean lamb three ways, pan fried loin cooked pink, hot pot shoulder and home made haggis with a red currant jelly gravy * Pauppiette of trout with potted shrimps on a fennel and celeriac rosti and a creamy white wine sauce * Puy lentil and Jerusalem artichoke gateau with our own wood gathered oyster mushrooms served on buttered spinach with a hazel nut and truffle oil dressing ******* Apple bread and butter pudding with vanilla custard * Butter brazil nut and toffee parfait, an ice cream terrine served with a chocolate sauce * Leagrams organic cheese, chutney and biscuits *******
